A Big Thank You!
As is always the case, the show comes and goes way too quickly. I know many of the performers and directors are glad to be done, and I admit that the show is exhausting, but I for one, could just keep doing it. The show is so much fun, and the people that are in the show, no matter in what way, are just awesome to be around.
A quick note of thanks as the show wraps up…to all the people involved. The audiences were great, and it was such a privilege to work once again with all the directors and actors involved. You guys are all so awesome. I do not feel right singling out people…but all the guys in the man cave were awesome, it was a lot of fun working closely with Jeff (LeFou), all the directors and the ’silly girls’ are really the ones that made me look great, and a great big thank you to all in the cast and crew. I appreciated your prayers, encouragement, and it was fun being a part of the fantastic show.
I look forward to seeing you guys soon…

Mike, you are sooooo right! I could have written your ENTIRE first paragraph. And I, too, want to thank everyone from new cast to vets, from directors and board to the crew. It would NOT happen without each and every single one of these incredible people. I am privileged to have been able to work with all of you.
It’s Tuesday morning as I type this; the day after set take down (I know, ML and others will still be there today “making the final checks on everything”. Even cleaning up is fun with everyone! Yesterday, I spent much of my time in the IMC with Cindy and Emily, Donna (the vacuum goddess
), Anita, Vicki, Shari, and Beth singing music from the show, talking about the show and just enjoying the company of my great theater friends. Who would have ever thought that dusting and vacuuming would be such a good time? Then, later at the Black Forest (THANKS for hosting a FUN closing night bash for us!!!!!!!!!), still hanging out for dinner and libations for as long as we could to keep the comaraderie going. Plans being made to gather at HoneyRock in the next week, the cast party, the gals and me at my place, other gatherings discussed…We just can’t stop bringing this fun “family” together!
Speaking of staying together, Mike, I’m glad you are! Everyone, including me
, is glad that you are okay and were able to continue doing the EXCEPTIONAL job you always do in each performance!
A final installment for me, a final thanks to ALL! For those who may read this who have never auditioned, DO! It’s an incredible experience – and so is the rest of the ride! My love to all and please keep in touch! Mrs. Potts (Beth Bloom)
